Use and classification of chamfering machine

The chamfering machine is used for chamfering and deburring the edge and plane of the workpiece to obtain the required chamfering angle. The chamfering machine is suitable for processing steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals and other materials!

According to the type of use: it can be devided into manual chamfering machine and automatic chamfering machine.

According to the head,it can be divided into: single-head chamfering machine, and double-head chamfering machine.

Features

1. This machine can complete chamfering and trimming the inner and outer corners of round pipes and round bars at one time, fast and accurate.

2. In order to ensure that the center line of the machining object and the cutter head is accurate and unchanged, the clamping die and the cutter head are precisely designed to complete the machining object uniformly at one time.

3. The cutter head is specially designed, the blade is standardized, and the adjustment of the cutter is easy and fast.

4. Manual feeding, automatic clamping, automatic advance and retreat of the knife, fast speed, increase output.

5. The semi-automatic mechanical type has two stages of speed: the stage is fast to save working time, and the second stage can adjust the cutting and chamfering speed to complete the smooth finished surface.

6. When the chamfering machine changes workpieces of different sizes, only simple adjustment of the cutter head and replacement of the clamping die is required.

The automatic chamfering machine has the advantages of simple operation, standard angle, smooth surface, etc. It has the advantages of light weight, high beveling probability, durability, and convenient operation. It is very suitable for steel structure, boiler pressure vessel, manufacturing, shipbuilding, electric power, mold, chemical industry, petroleum engineering, metallurgy and other industries.
