2. Equipped with dual stations, the machine allows simultaneous processing of two tubes, improving production efficiency. Its hydraulic clamping and forming system ensures consistent tube end shapes with minimal deformation.

3. The hydraulic-driven expansion/shrinking system operates quickly with a forming time of 3–5 seconds per piece. Combined with a 17L oil pump and 4.0kW motor, the machine maintains stable pressure at 14MPa for reliable and continuous operation.

4. With a compact design, water- or air-cooled hydraulic system, and adjustable mold opening (7MM), the SG123Ⅱ provides ease of operation and maintenance, suitable for small- to medium-scale tube processing.
