1. Main Structure
The fully automatic pipe bending machine consists of a machine frame, bending axis right-rotation (clockwise from top view) motion system, clamping die linear motion system, carriage linear motion system, pipe clamp rotation system, auxiliary push plate linear motion system, auxiliary feeding linear motion system, mandrel motion and support system, lubrication system, clamping devices, protection system, hydraulic system, program control and electrical system, molds, and other auxiliary components ensuring stable operation.
2. Main Features
1. Feeding carriage clamping method: internal expansion clamping / external circular clamping (interchangeable). The carriage supports direct feeding and clamping feeding, enabling both mandrel and non-mandrel bending. Without mandrel, repeated feeding is possible and working length is unlimited.
2. Controlled by a program system, input bending parameters to achieve fully automatic feeding and bending. Multi-axis servo motor control with preset acceleration/deceleration ensures precise positioning and stable operation. Each bend can have independent speed settings.
3. CNC servo control enables multi-bend 3D (2D/3D) continuous processing. Spring-back compensation can be set based on material. Different molds allow bending of various metal pipes. Step-by-step operation helps observe interference points and improve efficiency.
4. Equipped with operation monitoring, timing, counting, and emergency stop functions. Bending quality (roundness, shrinkage, wall thinning, wrinkle height) complies with national standards. Power-off memory allows data storage.
5. Interface displayed in Simplified Chinese; all parameters can be input via touchscreen. Bending data can be entered in Y/B/C or X/Y/Z coordinates. Includes movable foot pedal switch and emergency stop button.
6. Equipped with safety protection devices to prevent accidents.
7. Hydraulic system includes oil temperature control. Components such as solenoid valves and pumps use high-quality brands (e.g., Taiwan brands). Integrated oil circuit design; main motor has overload protection.
8. Electrical system uses Mitsubishi and Yaskawa servo drives, motors, and CPU, ensuring high performance and stability. Taiwan Advantech industrial computer system with large memory (up to 2 million programs).
9. Automatic error detection and fault diagnosis with on-screen display for easy troubleshooting.
10. All processing data is input via touchscreen. Each bend allows compensation, speed, and demolding gap adjustment.
11. Each bend can be programmed with 5 action sequences and 10 speed levels, improving efficiency and reducing interference.
12. Touchscreen supports Chinese/English switching; other languages available upon request.
13. Electrical cabinet equipped with industrial air conditioning to maintain temperature and ensure system stability and lifespan.
14. Automatic lubrication system for easy maintenance and longer machine life.
15. Feeding carriage positions and interference points can be manually fine-tuned and automatically memorized to avoid measurement errors and collisions. Automatic detection before movement prevents machine collision.

1. Moving parts are marked in yellow warning color.
2. Anti-pinch emergency stop protection plates installed inside and outside bending arm.
