1. Electrical Control System: The controller uses a combination of Mitsubishi servo drives, servo motors, and a CPU, offering robust performance and excellent stability.
2. Taiwan Weintek touchscreen system with a large CPU capable of storing 350 sets of file edits.
3. Equipped with automatic error detection and fault diagnosis functions, with results displayed on the screen to facilitate troubleshooting by the operator.
4. All processing data is input via the touchscreen. Each bend can be customised with compensation values, speed, and mould release gaps based on material properties.
5. Each bend on the same pipe can be programmed with 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments, allowing operators to combine settings for improved efficiency and reduced interference points.
6. The touchscreen can switch between Chinese and English, and other languages can be ordered upon request.
7. Feeding methods can be selected based on different needs, such as direct feeding or clamping feeding, and XYZ coordinates can be automatically converted to YBC processing values.
8. The electrical control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic cooling, ensuring the longevity of the electrical control system.
9. The machine is fitted with an automatic oil lubrication system for convenient maintenance and extended equipment lifespan.
10. The feed cart’s material loading position, safety guards, numerical model interference points, and guide model interference points can be manually fine-tuned and automatically remembered, avoiding measurement errors and machine collisions.
11. The feed axis performs an automatic detection before movement to prevent collisions with the machine.
12. During actual bending, decomposed actions can be selected to observe interference points, modify operations, and improve efficiency.
