As we all know, automatic pipe bender all has a main oil tank, and the oil is mainly input through the oil pump motor, and then returns to the oil tank through the cooler. However, a question arises from this, how can the hydraulic system improve and ensure the accuracy of the pipe bending?
During the operation of the machine, it may happen that the oil temperature become too high, causing the clamping die fail to clamp the pipe, and the pipe will wrinkle or deform, which will affect the finished effect of the pipe. So, how should we solve the problems? After the hydraulic oil runs for a long time during the operation of the machine, the oil temperature rises, the solenoid valve is out of control, the hydraulic oil input is uneven, and the bending accuracy will be reduced. Therefore, our suggestion is to control the bending accuracy through the encoder.
