Features

1. The pipe bender features a horizontal structure, primarily comprising the bed section, main drive assembly, clamping mechanism, guide system, mandrel assembly with support components, hydraulic system, electrical components, die set, and electrical control system.
2. The machine employs microcomputer control with hydraulic drive for motion mechanisms.
3. The hydraulic system incorporates a water-cooling device for user-controlled hydraulic oil temperature regulation.
4. The bending main drive employs a hydraulic cylinder + rack or chain drive, with both bending and return motions precisely controlled by solenoid valves.
5. The bending shaft, main clamp, secondary clamp, auxiliary thrust, and mandrel are all driven by hydraulic cylinders, featuring automatic hydraulic auxiliary thrust and automatic hydraulic mandrel functions.
6. Hook-type hydraulic follower plates ensure consistent wall thinning during tube bending. Hydraulic mandrel extraction improves tube ovality, with optional live mandrel devices for fuller product profiles.
7. Optional anti-wrinkle die devices prevent creasing in small-radius and thin-walled tube bending.
8. Wear-resistant plates installed between certain moving components reduce wear and significantly extend service life.
9. Digital angle setting and control with display resolution: 0.1° bending angle, maximum bending angle: 190°.
10. Automatic memory storage capability holds up to 16 workpieces, each programmable with 16 parameters for instant recall.
11. Detachable foot control switch enables remote operation.
12. Screen display with button-controlled interface in Chinese or English. Bending parameters are configurable on the interface, which also displays real-time processing counts (set vs. completed). Automatic detection of machine and operational faults.
13. Features cycle, half-cycle, manual, and pause functions. Next cycle starts via switch activation. Equipped with emergency stop capability.
14. Optional feed length-setting mechanism eliminates manual positioning during bending operations.
15. Bending arm equipped with reliable safety protection devices. Mechanism operates smoothly, at constant speed, and without abnormal noise during bending.
16. Key hydraulic system components utilize imported or high-quality domestic hydraulic elements. The hydraulic system employs an integrated manifold structure with rational design and incorporates a suction filtration system to ensure hydraulic oil cleanliness. The oil tank is enclosed with a liquid level gauge and features a convenient cleaning access window. Piping is arranged rationally and securely, with high-pressure hoses selected for hydraulic lines.
17. Electrical System:
① Equipped with an emergency stop button with self-locking function; its normally closed contacts are used for safety circuits.
② Features automatic power failure protection.
③ All electrical distribution points are clearly labeled and match the schematic diagram.
④ Motors incorporate corresponding overcurrent protection functions.
⑤ Electrical components: Imported renowned brands or domestic top-tier brands.
18. Different bending dies are required for various pipe materials and bending radii. Die configurations consist of optional components including bending wheels, clamping dies, sliding plates, mandrels, and anti-wrinkle dies.
19. Bending dies are easily and quickly interchangeable, wear-resistant, and produce smooth, wrinkle-free bends.
