Features

The fully automatic pipe bending machine consists of the machine frame, the bending axis clockwise rotation system (clockwise when viewed from above), the clamping die linear motion system, the trolley linear motion system and the tube chuck rotation system, the auxiliary push plate linear motion system and the auxiliary push linear motion system, the mandrel motion and pipe mandrel support system, the central lubrication system, the anti-wrinkle plate clamping device, the safety system, the hydraulic system, the program control and electrical systems, the mold assembly, and other auxiliary equipment to ensure stable operation.

Main Features

1. The feeding trolley gripping method: internal expansion clamping/external clamping (interchangeable). The trolley feeds the material in two ways: direct feed and pinch feed. Both coreless and cored pipes can be bent. When a core is not inserted, the pinch feed method allows for repeated feeding, and there is no limit on the workpiece length.

2. The machine utilizes a program-controlled system, allowing the bending process parameters to be input for fully automatic feeding and bending. Multiple axes are controlled by servo motors with preset acceleration and deceleration times. The appropriate speed can be set for each bend in the same pipe, ensuring precise positioning and smooth operation. 3. Controlled by a CNC servo controller, it enables continuous three-dimensional (flat and solid) bending of multiple elbows. Each bend can be adjusted for rebound compensation based on material variations. By replacing different molds, various metal pipes can be bent. The bending process can be broken down to observe interference points and modify the workpiece for improved efficiency.
4. The system features operation monitoring, timing, counting, and emergency stop functions. The roundness, shrinkage, wall thinning, and wrinkle height of the product bends meet national regulations. A power-off memory function ensures permanent data storage.
5. The screen displays text in Simplified Chinese. All parameters can be entered via the touch screen. Bend data can be entered in either Y, B, C coordinates or X, Y, Z coordinates. A standard, removable foot-operated start switch and emergency stop button are included.
6. Safety devices ensure operator safety.
7. Hydraulic component requirements: Hydraulic oil temperature control is required. Solenoid valves, hydraulic pumps, and other hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan Northern Precision Machinery, Taiwan Yuken, or other superior brands. The integrated circuit block structure ensures overload protection for the main motor to prevent damage from improper settings.
8. Electronic control system: Utilizing a servo drive, servo motor, and CPU combination from globally renowned controller brands Mitsubishi and Yaskawa, the system offers high performance and excellent stability. The Advantech industrial computer system boasts a large memory capable of accommodating 2 million file entries.
9. Automatic error and fault detection, displayed on the screen, facilitates troubleshooting.
10. All processing data is input via the touch screen. Compensation values, speeds, and demolding gaps can be set for each bend to accommodate different material variations. 11. Each bend in the same pipe can be individually programmed with five action sequences and 10 speed settings, allowing operators to customize their settings. This improves work efficiency and reduces pipe interference.
12. The touchscreen can be switched between Chinese and English, and other languages ​​can be ordered upon request.
13. The electronic control system is equipped with industrial air conditioning within the electrical cabinet to control the internal temperature, ensuring the lifespan and stable operation of the electronic control system.
14. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for easy maintenance and extended equipment life.
15. The feeder’s infeed position, safety device, digital-to-analog interference position, and guide-die interference position can be manually fine-tuned and automatically memorized, eliminating measurement errors and machine collisions. The feeder axis automatically detects the position before operation to prevent collisions with the machine.
